Established in 2018, Hephaestus II Fund is a licensed Alternative Investment Fund (AIF71_2), focusing on real asset-backed investments.

The Fund has secured a pipeline of investments in small to medium solar power renewable energy infrastructure assets in Cyprus (1MW-8MW), aimed at providing investors with attractive risk-adjusted returns.

The Fund strategy is to invest in ready-to-build projects, which have been licensed and have secured commercial agreements with providers. The strategic investment objective of the Fund is to optimise the value of our investments through disciplined and efficient asset acquisitions, offering asset management alpha to our investors. The first two projects will be operational in 2022, and the targeted return for Fund investors is above 8%.

Hephaestus II Fund is addressed to Professional and Well-Informed Investors only. A Key Investor Information Document (KID) has been published containing all necessary information about the fund, the costs and the risks related to investing in units of the fund. The Offering Document, Annual Report, Semi-Annual Report, and the KID are only available to eligible investors upon request from the Fund’s offices and website; www.hephaestusfund.com
